Mofulog Terms of Use

Please read these terms before using Mofulog ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to them.
1. A record-keeping tool
The app is a tool for logging your pet's care and wellbeing and sharing it with family. It is not veterinary advice or diagnosis. Vet visit notes and charts only count and list your records; they never judge your pet's health. If you are worried about your pet, talk to your vet.
2. Schedule templates
Schedule templates (such as rabies vaccination or dog registration) are reminders based on the official sources shown with them. Rules can change and may differ by city, council or region. Always follow your vet and your local authority for actual requirements and dates. You can edit any schedule yourself.
3. What you share
You are responsible for the records, photos, names and other content you enter and share with family. People you share with can see or edit it according to their role.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
- Local Pro is a one-time purchase. You can use "Restore purchases" with the same store account.
- Family Cloud is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and is charged to your store account.
- Billing, cancellation and refunds are handled by the Apple or Google store. You can manage or cancel anytime in your store's subscription settings.
5. Apple's standard EULA

6. Changes to the service
We may change features to improve the app. If we ever end a server-based feature such as family sharing, we will announce it in the app in advance and make sure you can export your records.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep the app working well. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
